I asked a question already last week but now im changing itenerary. Flying into and out of tokyo. My husband and i are staying for 6 days and would like to see kyoto and tokyo. Will a 7day jr pass be worth it? Thanks.
Tokyo and kyoto
Hi there,
A 7 day JR Pass could be a great help for your itinerary. Given that you would at least cover Tokyo - Kyoto - Tokyow ith it and one way to the airport. This would allow you to start making savings. From there any additional travel covered by the JR Pass will also go to your savings.
For instance, the JR Pass can be used on the JR Network in Tokyo but is especially useful if you would like to make a day trip too. For instance going to Kamakura, Nikko or Yokohama is very easy from Tokyo and completely covered by the JR Pass.
Hope this helps,
Daniel
