Hi,
My husband and i will be arriving in Kansai Airport on July 26th. We then need to go straight to Roppongiitchome to get to our hotel. On July 31st we will be taking the train to Tennoji (Osaka) and stay there for a night, and then back to Kansai Airport the morning after.
I'm assuming that Shinjuku, Shibuya, Harajuku, and Akihabara are covered by this Pass as well, correct ?
But will this Pass be useful to get to Roppongiitchome where my hotel is located at ?

Yes, I can confirm that the JR Pass will take you to all the main destinations you list (Shinjuku, Shibuya, Harajuku, and Akihabara). However, I recommend you use the Tokyo Metro to get to Roppongiitchome (it is metro, not JR line station) as there is a sizeable walk from any of the nearby JR stations (30 minutes walk from Shinbashi station).
