I am going to purchase JRPass for the next month. Can I receive money back for the tickets if my plans suddenly are changed and I do not come to Japan at all?

Hi there,
Yes, we do offer refunds for any unused JR Pass. Refunds can be given up to 1 year after purchase, as long as the pass has not been activated.
Please note that a refund fee may apply, depending on the reason of cancelation.
