Hello,
We (2 persons) will leave Tokyo on 15/11/2018 to Nagano and than to Yudanaka.
We will buy a 7 days JRPASS.
We will leave Okayama on 22/11/2018 to Yasugi (visit Adachi museon) and than to Kyoto.
We have to pay one of those travels in regular price (not using the JRPASS).
What do you suggest - starting the JRPASS on 15/11 or 16/11 (what is the price of the 2 options).

Hi Idan,
I think your best option is to look at using an express bus from Tokyo - Nagano and then use the JR Pass from there. A full detail option can be found and timetable for the bus here prices start around 3.500yen/one way.
As there's unlikely a bus from Yasugi to Kyoto, so I think it terms of practically this would be the best option.
