We bought 5 Japan Rail Green Passes yesterday and realized this morning that one of the names of our passengers is incorrect and switched with the wrong sibling's name.
We need to change the first name on one of the children tickets. The last name stays the same.
We sent in our question and order number to [email protected] and are awaiting a response. (Hopefully soon.)
How can we go about correcting this error as quickly as possible?
