Trouble in customs delivery

Hi,

I've already buy JR Pass Ordinary 7 day two weeks ago through local agent in Jakarta (order number 788503). The agent send through USA with FedEx before send it back to my address in Jakarta. I'll be arrived on Japan and will used it on July 2, 2017

The problem is JR pass already in Cengkareng - Jakarta from June 24, but cannot send it to my home due to there is a long Ied Mubarak holiday that customs office closed from June 24 until July 2, and will be officially open in July 3. So, my JR Pass cannot be delivered by FedEx on time due to clearance process by customs.

In that case, can I exchange JR Pass only with the receipt order number above?
Can I check validity of that order number? If yes, can you give me the link?

Hi there,

You will need the physical voucher to use the Japan Rail Pass.

I recommend contacting your point of sale for further assistance. Regarding the JR Pass you already ordered.

We could only help you a new order, that we could ship directly to Japan.
