Can you tell me if I bought 7 days (ordinary) JR pass, can it be used around Tokyo and Osaka?
And If I want to go from Tokyo to Gotemba and from Gotemba to Osaka can I used Shinkansen bullet train without paying again?
And is it different between the price for grown up and child (12 y, 10 y, 6y)? Can you tell me how much?
Hi there,
Yes, the JR Pass can be used to Osaka, Tokyo, Gotemba and elsewhere in Japan. You can also use all Shinkansen lines (but be sure not to use Nozomi/Muzuho trains). Children between the age of 6-11 pay half price.
