Hello Dung Hoang,

Dome-Mae in Osaka is a subway station and you can't get there using the JR Pass. Instead you can use Taisho station, which is within 5min walk. To get to Taisho station, take the Shinkansen from Tokyo - Shin-Osaka station. From there use local trains to Taisho. See here for example.

Hope this helps,
Daniel
