Hi there. Based on the following travel plan (Tokyo - Osaka - Kyoto - Nara- Hiroshima - Tokyo - Mt Fuji) over 14 days, would it be worth purchasing the 14 day Japan Rail Pass? Many thanks. Liz

Tokyo - Osaka ¥ 13,940
Osaka - Kyoto ¥ 560
Kyoto - Nara ¥ 710
Nara - Hiroshima ¥ 10,890
Hiroshima - Tokyo ¥ 18,360

For a total of ¥ 44,460 the cost of a 14 day JR Pass is ¥ 46,390. So you are just below that, adding a little more travel. Even a return Tokyo - Narita Airport would help you make savings. Also, the JR Pass is your one ticket to Japan, so you would not have ot buy any tickets for the above travels.
