Hi Lenny,

Will you be visiting Gotemba for the nearby outlet shopping? There are different buses leaving from Gotemba to Fuji each day, so it is easy to combine.

1.) From looking at your itinerary I'd recommend buying normal tickets. Your long distance travel basically is limited to a one way Tokyo - Osaka.

2.) This is a pretty good spot to stay! Tokyo station it self is about 10 minutes walk, the closest JR Station is Yurakucho which is about 5 min walk from your Hotel.

3.) Tokyo - Gotemba is covered by the JR Pass, the best way to get there if you don't have one would be to take an express bus from Tokyo station.

4.) This really depends on where around Fuji you wish to visit, I'd recommend taking a look at this website for to give you an idea of possible options.

5.) The counter is open between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Have a great trip!
Daniel
