20 Dec - Arrived in Narita airport in afternoon
21 Dec - Tokyo
22 Dec - Day Trip to Mt Fuji
23 Dec - Disneyland
24 Dec - Tokyo
25 Dec - Tokyo to Kyoto
26 Dec - Kyoto
27 Dec - Kyoto to Osaka
28 Dec - Osaka
29 Dec - Leaving Osaka (Itami airport) in afternoon

With the itinerary planned above, should I get a 7-days JR pass or just buy regular tickets?
Which is more budget?

Hi,
A 7 day pass would not pay off for your one-way itinerary. You could look into some regional passes though like a Hakone Free Pass to go see the Mt. Fuji area. For the long distance travel you can buy regular tickets or try a low cost air carrier like Peach or Jet Star.

Good luck.

Thanks Toraneko!
Where can I check the regular ticket price and train schedule ticket online?

See the airline websites, and for trains, see Hyperdia.

Best of luck.
