Hi,
I am going through Haneda airport and I was wondeirng if anyone knew if the JR Pass was valid on the Tokyo monorail?

No, you cannot. Because Tokyo Monorail is owned by a different company.
Just cost you 470yen (maximum) for a one-way trip to get to central Tokyo.

Actually, since last October the Japan Rail Pass can be used on the Tokyo Monorail (JR-East owns 70% of the Monorail, so it seems they opened it up because of the Haneda International opening)
