Hello, i will be going japan on the December . I will arrived at Narita Airport. From there , i would like to go straight to Osaka. I will be spending 3 days to 4 days in osaka . After that , I will travel back to Tokyo to spent the remaining days at there. So i would like to ask, should i get JR pass instead?

And one more, if i got the JR pass . How do i get the bullet train ticket from Tokyo to Osaka.

Thank you

Hello there,

Using a 7 day JR Pass for your itinerary would be a great way to explore Japan and make savings compared to buying normal tickets at the same time.

The price of a 7 day JR Pass is roughly the same as a return ticket Tokyo - Osaka using the bullet train, with the JR Pass you get 7 days of unlimited travel for the same price.

For getting bullet train tickets, have a look at this post.

Hope you find this useful,
Daniel
