I am currently holding a multiple entry tourist visa since it will be my second time to visit Japan. Am I not eligible to use JR pass? We will arrive at Narita airport and already booked a hotel in Osaka and will be back to Tokyo for our departure. Thought we can purchase JR pass. Can anyone have a recommendation on what is the best and cheapest way to travel to Osaka from Tokyo and vice versa? Thank you.

Hi,
Did you look on the eligibility requirements on this website? Multiple entry visas cannot use the JR Pass.
If you are only going to Japan as a single entry tourist, then you should have your visa modified or reissued at your local Japanese consulate or embassy. Please contact them as soon as possible.
