Hi All,
I have 2 kids 3 and 5 years old. Should I have to pay a ticket for them?
while travelling where can they seat?
Best regards,
Giovanni Ravasio

Hi there,

Children below the age of 6 can travel for free, given that each child has an accompanying adult.

As you may know, they are not entitled to seat if trains are busy and you are expected to take them on your lap. You can purchase a ticket or JRPass for your children, for half the price of an adult.

Hope this helps,
Daniel
