Hello, is it necessary to make a reservation from Kagoshima to Hiroshima? and when are the trains leaving Kagoshima on 3rd of April? How long before is it avisable to be at the station?

Hi there,
Kagoshima (Kagoshima-Chuo station) is the first station for the Shinkansen to Hiroshima and finding a seat will likely be easy. While reservations are not required, I would still reserve a seat, even if it is just on the day of travel.
You can find time table information here.
I would come at least 20 minutes (or 30 if you want to make a seat reservation) ahead of time to the station. This way you can reserve your seat and find the correct platform without having to rush.
