Hello there,

The current planning of your itinerary makes it somewhat hard to match a JR Pass too. Let's have a look at ticket prices and see what option would work best.

Narita Airport - Tokyo ¥ 3,020
Tokyo - Nikko ¥ 5,580
Nikko - Tokyo ¥ 5,580
Tokyo - Kyoto ¥ 13,600
Kyoto - Nara ¥ 710
Nara - Kyoto ¥ 710
Kyoto - Osaka ¥ 560
Osaka - Kyoto ¥ 560
Kyoto - Kanazawa ¥ 6,900
Kanazawa - Kyoto ¥ 6,900
Kyoto - Tokyo ¥ 13,600
Tokyo - Kamakura ¥ 920
Kamakura - Tokyo ¥ 920
Tokyo - Narita Airport ¥ 3,020

Looking at ticket prices - going for a 14 day JR Pass from June 12th to June 25th seems the best option. You can at least cover ¥ 59,000 in travel with it this way or ¥12,610 in savings as the 14 day JR Pass is ¥ 46,390. The JR Pass can also be used for local travel on the JR network in Tokyo, adding even more.

This would leave the 26th - 28th. You could then use a tour package to Fuji or make a trip there using any transport you like. Then just buy a normal ticket back to Narita Airport. There are budget options available as low as 1,000yen using a bus or just use the Narita Express.

Hope this helps,
