I have a question for you, I'm very concerned because I've lost a flight to Tokyo yesterday I purchased two Japan Rail Passes 18th July (and a Pocket Ninja WiFi too). I will reschedule my flight to tokyo (from October 6th to October 16th)
Is it valid yet? Or I need to purchase another one? :(

A JR Pass can be exchanged up to 3 months after purchase. Please check if this falls within your travel window. Otherwise contact our support team ASAP to get a new JR Pass.
