Hi,
I will be arriving in Narita Airport at 9pm. but the ticket office close at 9.45pm.
I am afraid i can not make it on time to activate the pass before 9.45pm. Any help from the airport?
I need to use the pass to reach tokyo.

Hi there,
I am afraid that it will not be possible to activate the JR Pass once the ticket window is closed.
The best thing is to buy a normal ticket into the city and activate the JR Pass the following morning.

Thank you for your reply. May I know what transport can we use to get to the Nagoya direct from Narita Airport?
We have 4 persons and after immigration check point may be around 10pm at night.
