Hi there,
I am traveling to Hiroshima, then move on to explore Okayama, Takamatsu, Toba, Mie and Matsusaka (from 2 April to 8 April). If I don't buy the JR Pass, can I use JR West Pass (cheaper) to travel these places? Which pass do you recommend for more cost effective?

Hi there,
The JR West passes generally do not cover the Shinkansen for travel to Mie (via Nagoya). With this in mind I would recommend using a 7 day JR Pass. Alternatively you could get a Kansai-Hiroshima Area Pass and then buy tickets to Mie and surroundings.
