Hi there,

I have already found this site very useful, I have got 4 important clients heading to Japan in March.

They are all South African citizens arriving into Tokyo from Hong Kong on the 26th March and they are going straight from Tokyo to Kyoto. My questions are as follows:

1) Is the 7 day JRP valid from Tokyo to Kyoto?
2) What station do they need to get to from the airport to go to Kyoto?
3) Do they need to validate the coupons on arrival in Tokyo?
4) If I book from SA will you fed ex the tickets here?

I look forward to hearing from you

You'll need to go to Tokyo station from Narita. Here is a full itinerary from the airport.

Yes - there is a JR ticket office in Narita Airport that is easily accessible and closes at 9:45pm.

4) If I book from SA will you fed ex the tickets here?

Yes - delivery to South Africa is currently $30.00 by FedEx.

Hope this helps!
