Hi,
I am not sure what you are asking. Your plan looks fine; you could use a 7 day JR Pass from Narita to Kyoto to Hiroshima/Miyajima and back for Days 1-7 (but I don't know the details, like your arrival time at Narita, etc). It would take 1 hour into Tokyo, change trains, then about 2½ hours to go to Kyoto by bullet train. For Day 3, I recommend you go see Himeji which is Japan's finest castle, and a bit of Kobe if you like. The best of Osaka is at night when the city comes alive and has some great places to see, such as Dotonbori, plus the night views from the Umeda Sky Bldg, and Abeno Harukas Bldg are fantastic.

For your time in Tokyo, you could see the city for perhaps 3 days, and make some good day trips. There are regional passes you can take to see Nikko, Hakone or the Fuji 5 Lakes Area, and Kamakura/Enoshima. You could also venture further on a JR Kanto Area Pass to see Kamikochi, Kusatsu, and the Izu Peninsula.

I can tell you though that July will be extremely hot and muggy except in the mountains and the far north of the country.

Best of luck!
