Can tou suggest me the best way to go to Hitachi Seaside Park from Harajuku Station ? Also, what time is best to leave Harajuku as i would like to be at Hitachi Seaside Park at its beat hour.
Last thing, can i use Pasmo to get there or is there any other differet ticket/pasa that i nees to buy ?

Hi there,
You can take the train from Harajuku to Ajigaura station like this. From there its 20min on foot to Hitachi Seaside Park
I am not sure if Ajigaura has an IC card gate, you may have to purchase a normal tickets for the last part.
