We plan to travel from Haneda Airport to Osaka.
Would you please advice the best route to get there and how to get use with full JR Pass?

Hi there,
First take the Tokyo Monorail to Hamamatsucho station, there transfer to the Yamanote line to Tokyo station.
You can use the Shinkansen from there to Osaka.
The route is fully covered by the JR Pass.
