Hi there,

I am traveling to Tokyo from 2nd Nov to 9th Nov, basically is from Haneda to Shinjuka to Hakone to Kyoto and then back to Narita and leave. Is the JR pass works for all transitions among these places?

Thanks!

Hi there,

Yes the JR Pass will work very well for you as it covers travel between all these places. Within Hakone you'll have to resort to other transport but the JR Pass will give you good savings over normal tickets even so.

It also covers transport from Haneda Airport using the Tokyo Monorail, it's a very cool ride to start your time in Japan with.

Hope this helps,
Daniel
