WE ARE A GROUP OF MEMBERS OF LIONS CLUBS INTERNATIONAL.

WE WILL BE VISITING JAPAN IN JUNE 2016 TO ATTEND 99TH LIONS CLUBS INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION.

PLEASE SUGGEST US MOST CONVENIENT AND ECONOMICAL WAY TO TRAVEL FROM TOKYO TO FUKUOKA.

OUR TENTATIVE DATES ARE 24TH JUNE TO FUKUOKA AND 29TH JUNE RETURN TO TOKYO.

SECONDLY ALSO ADVISE IF WE CAN VISIT OTHER CITIES IN AN ECONOMICAL WAY.

PLEASE ALSO QUOTE RETURN FARE FROM TOKYO TO FUKUOKA ALONG WITH TRAIN TIMINGS.

Hi there,

A one way ticket Tokyo - Fukuoka is ¥ 22,130 or ¥ 44,260 for a return. Trains depart at least every 30 min between 6 am and midnight. Please note that I can't provide the exact times yet, as they will be released 3 months before

A Japan Rail Pass can give you very good savings here, as a 7 day JR Pass is 29,110 and covers the full return fare Tokyo - Fukuoka and also provides you with 7 days of unlimited travel, so any side visits are easy to plan in.

Dear Daniel San,
I tried to look up overbite train fm Tokyo to Kyoto? Need to travel on 24th Sept, 2016 at nite. Which train do u recommend? And how can I look up fm hyperdia?

Hi Pauline,

There are not train services during the night. Most trains ride between 6 am and stop at midnight (0:00).

Either take a train in the evening or travel in the early morning.
