We brought the 21 days pass for our trip. Our arrival time is 6:45pm at Haneda airport. The JR. Office is closed at 6:30pm. Is there other place we can exchange the voucher after our arrival? So we can take the train to Tokyo. If not, what other option we have to go to Tokyo? Thanks

Hi there,
You won't be able to exchange the pass at Haneda Airport but you can still do so at Tokyo station or any other major station in Tokyo. This does unfortunately means that you will have to pay a normal ticket for travel into Tokyo.
You can use the Monorail or Keiyu service into Tokyo.
