Eligibility clarification

Hello, i'll be in Japan early April for an 8 days vacation. I planned to purchase JR Pass however, i was saddened with the eligibility requirments. I was in kyoto Sept last year for an official business and i was glad that Japanese embassy gave me multiple entry for 1 year with up to 90 days stay. May I ask if there is a consideration for holders of multiple entry visa to avail the JR Pass even once? I plan to visit kyoto again, osaka, and tokyo and back to nagoya to catch flight back home. Thank you! Jade

Hi Jade,

It depends on the Visa and text on it.

We have a specialized team who can help you with this. Please send us a scan/photo of the visa via support@jrpass.com (you can blur any numbers/personal information) and we will be happy to check this for you.

Thank you,
Daniel
