If I buy the pass at 7 PM on Monday Aug 1, does that mean that I can buy a ticket until 7 PM on Monday Aug 8?

Thanks

Hi Anudo,

The JR Pass is counted in full days and the first day is counted as a full day no matter what time you start using it.

For example starting the JR Pass on a Monday, will mean that the last day of validity is the following Sunday.

Hope this helps,
Daniel
