Hi .. I am landing in Nagoya and going straight to Osaka (2/3days) then Kyoto & Nara (2/3) days and then to last destination Tokyo ( 3/4 days ) and then depart from Tokyo.
I may buy the 7 days pass but my concern after the 7 days I can use normal daily JR. trains to transfer in Tokyo and cities around Tokyo and will it be expensive or it's better to buy a 14 jr pass ? My whole trip is 10 days only

I checked your itinerary for the best options and must conclude that it would be better to buy normal tickets for the train. This because normal train tickets cost less than a 7 day JR Pass.
A JR Pass can quickly pay off if you make a return Tokyo - Kyoto for instance. In your itinerary you basically mis a one way Tokyo - Nagoya.

Are the normal tickets available online or I will buy them in the Train stations before traveling to the other city ?
Cause I heard sometimes the trains are full .. Btw am going on last September till the 8th of October and there is no public holidays in these days in Japan I think.

You can just buy them at the train station. It is not possible to do so online.
Trains rarely are fully booked though and there's no need to worry about not getting tickets.
