Can I use the JR pass for the shinkansen between the below cities and the regular train within the below cities?

  • Nagasaki to Hiroshima
  • Hiroshima to Kyoto
  • Kyoto to Tokyo
  • Osaka (local trains)
  • Sapporo (local trains)

Hello there,

Yes, travel between all these cities is covered by the JR Pass. As well as local trains run by JR within these cities.

Note that other transport, such as the Metro or tram is not included.
