Arriving late at Haneda

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have just ordered a 14 day pass and wifi starting September 22 2016. Unfortunately I arrive at 22.55 at Haneda International airport so wonder whether I can pick the pass up there or will have to wait until the morning. If so am I correct in assuming the earliest would be Tokyo station from 07.30am on the 23rd September.

Many thanks for your help in advance,

Hi there,

The JR Exchange office closes long before your arrival at Haneda Airport, while you can't use the JR Pass on that day, you can still travel into Tokyo using different methods, like the Tokyo Monorail, Keikyu service, night bus or taxi.

You could than exchange the JR Pass the following morning at Tokyo station or any other major JR station in Tokyo, like Ueno, Shinagawa, Shinjuku etc.

Hope this helps,
