Hello,

I'm a US citizen who is currently traveling the world and will be in Japan in a month. I need a JR pass and have a friend who is meeting me in Tokyo who can bring it to me if needed. I'll need to take the Shinkansen to get to her though. I'll be staying in Australia of the next two weeks and wanted to see if the pass can be shipped to my hotel there. Would it be faster if I had it sent to Australia? Or just have it sent to my friend in the US and have her bring it?

Hello there,

Both options would work but it may be slightly cheaper if your friend from the US brings it.

You can find our delivery details here:

Kind regards,
Daniel
