Hi, we're spending 5 days in tokyo just around tokyo. we're staying at Shibuya so basically for every where we go we're taking the JR Yamanote line if i'm not mistaken since we're not going to take the Metro to any of the destinations we have lined up. Also taking the Narita Express from Narita to Shibuya and back. Should I get a 7 day pass?

Hi there,
No, for your trip buying normal tickets or a local pass would work better.
The Japan Rail Pass is a great option when you travel cross country, such as a visit to Tokyo to Kyoto and back.
Hope this helps,
Daniel
