Hi there!

Hoping you can check my itinerary and confirm the pass I have chosen should be ok.

Day 1 - Arrive at Kansai in the evening.
Day 2 - Osaka aquarium and explore Osaka
Day 3 - Universal Studios
Day 4 - Day trip to Hiroshima
Day 5 - Travel from Osaka to Kyoto/sightseeing
Day 6 - Kyoto sightseeing
Day 7 - Day trip to Nara
Day 8 - Kyoto sightseeing
Day 9 - Travel from Kyoto to Tokyo
Day 10 - Tokyo sightseeing
Day 11 - Tokyo sightseeing
Day 12 - Disneyland
Day 13 - DisneySea
Day 14 - Tokyo sightseeing
Day 15 - Leave Japan

I was thinking of purchasing a 7 day pass, starting it on day 4. Does this seem ok? Would you make any changes? We are travelling with our daughters, aged 14 and 12.

Thank you!!

Hi there to you too :)

Your plan works and my advice would also be to start using the JR Pass from day 4 - 11 to get the best our of your JR Pass.

The itinerary is well planned and I don't see any changes to make. If you would like some more inspiration, I would recommend reading this post.

You may already have thought about this but be sure to swing by Miyajima while in Hiroshima.

Kind regards,
Daniel

Thanks Daniel!

I had a read of your post and I already had most of those attractions on my list. :-)

I hadn't actually thought about visiting Miyajima, but I'll look into it now.

I appreciate your input!

Rachelle
