Is it smart to get a JRpass? and if so should we get the 14day pass and would the Green Cart a good choice?

Thank you for your help:)

Hi there,

Yes, a 14 day JR Pass will be a good match for your itinerary and you can make good savings compared to purchasing normal tickets.

The JR Pass would pretty much cover all your travel. The only exception is part of the way to Kawaguchiko.

Hope this helps,
Daniel

would you recommend a site like hyperdia for the advice regarding detailed routes and timetables?
