Then what station will we arrive in osaka? we still don't have hotels to stay in and we are planning hotels near train stations. Any help or suggestion will be highly appreciated. Thanks.

Hello there,
For travel from Shinjuku station - Osaka, take the Yamanote line to Shinagawa station, from there you can board to Shinkansen towards Osaka. The Shinkansen station for Osaka is Shin-Osaka, from there local trains run into the city.
Here is an Example Route in Hyperdia.
Hope this helps!
Daniel
