Hi there,

The 7 day JR Pass would be perfect for this itinerary. This because the JR Pass covers all of your train travel and you will be able to make good savings with it. The 7 day JR Pass is about the same price as a normal return Tokyo - Osaka on then Shinkansen. So any additional travel you may do after is what you save. This includes travel to and from Narita Airport, inside Tokyo and Osaka and also to Disneyland.

Hope this helps!
Daniel
