Hello Helen,

The hotel is not that easy to access. Here is the official access page.

They advise to take the Narita Express to Yokohama station and then take a 10-minute taxi ride to the hotel. This is what I would advise as well.

There is also an airport limousine bus, this may also be a good option.

Hope this helps,
Daniel

Can you please also help with our next stop - we leave Yokohama on the morning of 28 March 2015 to go to Hakone - we were told we could catch a JR train south and then connect with another train that goes on a different train line up to Hakone - we are not sure if that other train to Hakone is a JR train - we are not sure if we can walk from the Hakone train station to our hotel which is the Hyatt - can you give us directions for this travel from Yokohama to Hakone please.

kind regards

Helen

Hi Helen,

Travel is easy from Hakone - Kyoto. Take local transport within the Hakone area to Odawara station. From there take a bullet train directly to Kyoto station. From there either take a subway to your accommodation or taxi (the fare is around 1,000-2,000yen).

Hope this helps,
Daniel
