20th - Arrive Narita, transit to Sapporo via Vanilla air, go to Rusutsu ( by bus)
22nd - Rusutsu to Sapporo
23rd - Sapporo - around city and visit Otaru -------> activate the JR pass
24th - Asahikawa, and then to Tomamu
26th - Tomamu to Sapporo
27th - Sapporo to Noboribetsu, then to Hakodate
29th - Hakodate to Tokyo by JR train
30th - Tokyo, city
31st - Yokohama
1st Jan - Odaiba
2nd Jan - Tokyo City
3rd Jan - airport

We are travelling in a group of 7 adults and 5 children. Please advise that 7 days JR is okay for us ? any special offer for group purchase?
we will activate it to start using on 23rd December till last day 29th for Hakodate-Tokyo trip. is it okay?

Thanks for your advise.

Hello Yasim,

Yes a 7 day JR pass would work very well for your trip, especially the flexibility of making stops along the way will be easy. When buying tickets you would have to buy a ticket for each leg and that can get pricey if you make many stops. You won't have to worry about this at all with the JR Pass.

In general there is no further discount for the JR Pass, because it is already a heavily discounted ticket. However drop us a line a support@jrpass.com and we will see what can be done.

Have a great trip!
