Hi there,

Visiting Tokyo, Sapporo, Kyoto, Hiroshima, Disneysea and Mt.Fuji in 11 days is a little too much. So my first advice would be to make a make a selection of the places you want to visit the most and make an itinerary around that. Especially Sapporo is hard to plan in, as it is so far away from the other cities.

For instance, stay 4 days in Tokyo, then use a 7 day JR Pass to explore other places.

For instance
Day 1-2 Tokyo
Day 3-6 Kyoto (start using JR Pass)
Day 7-8 Hiroshima
Day 9 Travel back to Tokyo, can stop at Hakone to view Fuji on the way.
Day 10 Disneysea
Day 11 Tokyo
Day 12 Tokyo

Hope this helps,
Daniel
