Hai, i need your advice , this my itenary detail:

6 Feb : Jakarta - Haneda airport

7 Feb : Haneda - Chitose

        Explore Sapporo (Otaru canal , Odori park , German christmas market)

8Feb : Explore Sapporo ( Tanukikoji shopping street, ramen alley, susukino entertaiment dstrict, clock tower)

9 Feb: Chitose - Haneda

        Stay at Asakusa hotel
        Explore tokyo ( shinjuku,Ginza,Harajuku , asakusa, sky tree)

10 Feb : Karuizawa ( ski , lunch , shopping)

11 Feb : Shirakawa Go & Takayama

          Explore Takayama ( old town market )

12 Feb : Shirakawa Go tour (Morning )

           Back to Tokyo after Lunch 
           Check in Asakusa Hotel 

13 Feb : Mt Fuji , Hakone , Gotemba

14 Feb : Go to Haneda airport at 7.30 am

Please give me time scedule & which train to go there .
