Is it too late to order a JR pass?

I am traveling from Washington, USA to Japan on Sunday. Is it too late for me to order a pass?

I am traveling from Narita Airport to Shinjuku
Then Tokyo to Kyoto
Then Kyoto back to Tokyo
Then Tokyo to Narita Airport

This is over a 10 day span so I am thinking the 7 day would be worth it and then just pay for the last leg of my trip on top of it. Let me know what you think/if it is still possible to get the pass!

Hi there,

We can generally ship overnight in the US but it may indeed be a little late. We can also ship the JR Pass to your accommodation in Japan. Ordering it now would likely make it arrive on Saturday but delays can happen.

In this case I recommend contacting our support team via and we will look at the best option for you personally.

Hope this helps,
