I have a question and cost break down for my 7 days holiday in japan use JR pass
I go to japan from 7-15 Oktober 2015 this is my itenary. i want to know where travel that i go is cover by JR pass or not
what train must i take because i dont have idea what train/bus or anything else that must i take

I see you plan to travel quite a lot but don't know much about the transport system yet. I recommend reading How to Plan with Hyperdia. This way you can find routes yourself and know what trains are covered by the JR Pass. I am happy to help you but it simply too much to write all out for me.
Here are some helpful tips.
We also have a very useful map Here with all JR Lines covered by the JR Pass. The blue line is the Shinkansen. I recommend familiarizing yourself with the route the Shinkansen travels, this way you can get a feel for where places are and travel involved.
Most of the time, travel in Japan is very easy with the JR Pass. Just go the a station, tell the JR Staff where you wish to travel and they will find the best route for you. There are also English speaking tourist information stations at major places, that can help you find the way locally.
