FROM KYOTO TO HAKONE

HI

i will be Kyoto and want to travelling to Hakone, i have the JP rail pass.

What will be the best route to take to hakone from Kyoto.

Please go to:

and be sure to click on "to/From Kyoto".

Be aware though that you can't go all the way there on a JR Pass. A regional pass for Hakone though will save you a lot of money.

Hello there,

The best way to use the JR Pass from Kyoto - Hakone is to use the Shinkansen to Odawara station. From there you can use local (non JR) transport to explore Hakone.
