Hi there,

Your itinerary looks perfect for a 7 day JR Pass! I advise using one from day 5 to day 11. This way you can cover all important routes and make great savings compared to purchasing normal ticket.

The cost of a 7 day JR Pass is roughly the same as a normal return ticket Tokyo - Kyoto/Osaka, basically after that any additional travel is FREE :)

You could also buy a discounted Narita Express return ticket for travel into Tokyo.

Hope this helps,
Daniel

Thank you. A last question:
I read about a free ride from Narita to Tokio if I buy the JRpass. It´s true?

Thanks a lot!!!

The JR Pass covers the trip into Tokyo. That is of course only within the selected validity period.
