Dear All,

I would like an advice for my itinerary.

27 Tokyo
28 Tokyo
29 Tokyo
30 Tokyo (kamakura daytrip)
31 Tokyo
1 Tokyo (fuji daytrip)
2 Tokyo - Kyoto JR
3 Kyoto JR
4 Kyoto JR
5 Kyoto JR
6 Kyoto - Naoshima JR
7 Naoshima - Hiroshima JR
8- Hiroshima -Tokyo JR
9- Tokyo

we thought that we could do a 7 day JR pass now and activate it on the day number 2 so that it can last up to our trip back day 8

Is it correct?

Thanks

Hi there,

I think using a 7 day JR Pass would work best! Simply because you can cover all long distance and otherwise costly travel with it from day 2-8. You can activate the JR Pass on any day you like (within 90 days after purchase) so going so on 2 works perfectly fine.

Hope this helps,
Daniel
