Hi

May I know the 7 day pass can cover my journey below as below:

20/3 Train from Narita Airport to Osaka Station
21/3 Day trip by JRP to Nara
22/3 Day trip by JRP to Kyoto
26/3 Train from Osaka station back to Shibuya Station

May I know is the train direct from Narita Airport to Osaka Station? Do we need to change train from Tokyo station or will it be the same train down to Osaka Station? According to my itinerary above, is it worth to buy JRP pass or normal ticket?
Thank you

Regards
CLH

Hi,
Yes, you can take JR for all of that. There is no bullet train from Narita - you can take the N'Ex to Tokyo Stn and catch the bullet train.
You can see regular fares, routes and schedules on Hyperdia.
Under "More Options", be sure to uncheck the Nozomi box since you can't ride that train using the pass.

Although honestly, you are severely shortchanging Kyoto -- it is worth several days. Nara is well worth seeing too but you can cover most of the best in a day. After a day of seeing Kyoto or Nara, you could also spend an evening seeing Kobe.
For Osaka, in the evening don't miss Dotonbori, plus the night views from the Umeda Sky Bldg, and Abeno Harukas Bldg.

Good luck.
