Day 1 Arrive Kansai Airport, check in hotel in Kyoto (or Osaka) 7 nights
Day 2 Day trip to Nara and Osaka
Day 3 Day trip to ARASHIYAMA and Hemiji
Day 4 Day trip to Hiroshima-MIYAJIMA
Day 5 Kyoto
Day 6 Kyoto
Day 7 day trip to Kanazawa
Day 8 Tokyo, stay 7 nights in Tokyo
Day 9 Day trip Hakone
Day 10 Tokyo
Day 11 Day trip to Karakuma
Day 12 Day trip to yokayama

Day 14 to Narita airport
If I activate my pass on the 12th at noon, will the pass still good on 26th at noon or I have to activate it on 13th

Hello there,

Kyoto and Osaka are both very close, you could stay at either of these cities and make day trips to the other. Its mostly a personal preference, if you like the business atmosphere of Osaka or more traditional atmosphere of Kyoto.

The JR Pass is valid for a period of consecutive days and the first day is counted as a full day, no matter what time of day you start using it.

Hope this helps,
Daniel
