I will be arriving at Narita terminal 1 around 1:30 PM, but not sure what floor I will be heading out first to pick up my pocket wifi and JR pass. My pocket wifi will be delivered at Narita terminal 1, 4th floor post office. What floor is JR pass ticket counter located? What floor is the immigration and customs located?
